Hi, I’m Karmen, the founder of Brightbill. With over 15 years of experience in the dental industry, I discovered my true passion for insurance billing. It might seem unusual, but I genuinely love diving into the details that others might find mundane. A Washington native, I’m happily married with two wonderful daughters and a cat. I started Brightbill to start focusing on the parts of dentistry that excite me the most and helping practices streamline their billing processes.
